GenLP Acceptable Use Policy and Abuse Reporting

Version 2026-10-20. This policy is part of the GenLP Terms of Service.

What you must not do

Do not use GenLP, or a site hosted by GenLP, to create, publish or link to:

  1. Child sexual abuse material or any sexualisation of minors. We report it to the authorities.
  2. Phishing, fraud or scams, including pages that imitate another brand or login page, or ask for passwords, payment details or identity documents under false pretences.
  3. Malware or links to malware, or anything designed to compromise devices or accounts.
  4. Illegal content or activity, including the sale of illegal goods or services, and content that breaks sanctions or export laws.
  5. Infringing content: material that infringes copyright, trademarks or other rights, including photos you do not have the right to use.
  6. Harassment, hate or threats, and content that incites violence.
  7. Impersonation or profiling: a site that pretends to be another person or business, or that compiles personal information about a private individual, without that person's permission.
  8. Deceptive claims: fake reviews, testimonials, credentials, prices or results presented as real. Sample content the Service marks as sample must be replaced or removed before you publish.
  9. Spam: using GenLP sites or invitations for unsolicited bulk messaging.

Also do not:

  • probe, overload or bypass the security, rate limits, quotas or bot checks of the Service;
  • scrape the Service, or use it to scrape sites in a way their terms forbid;
  • resell or share accounts, or create multiple trials;
  • upload special-category data (health, religion, biometrics and similar) about others, or data about children.

What we do

We review reports and may remove content, suspend a site or account, or refuse to publish. We tell the account holder the reason and how to appeal, unless the law or safety prevents it. A person reviews every appeal. Suspended sites stop being served. Where the law requires, or where there is a risk to life or of serious harm, we report to the authorities and may keep the relevant data under a legal hold.

Reporting abuse

Report a GenLP-hosted page at genlp.ai/abuse or by email to abuse@genlp.ai.

  • Give the page address (http or https), a category (child sexual abuse material, phishing, malware, illegal content, intellectual property, harassment, or other), a description (10 to 2,000 characters) and your email address.
  • You may attach up to 5 evidence files of up to 10 MB each (JPEG, PNG, GIF, PDF, plain text or CSV).
  • The form uses a bot check (Cloudflare Turnstile).
  • We email you an acknowledgement with a report ID. Child-abuse and phishing reports are treated as urgent.
  • We keep reports and evidence as the Retention Schedule describes. We do not share your identity with the site owner unless the law requires it.

Copyright and trademark complaints should include your contact details, the work or mark concerned, the page address, a statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorised, a statement that your notice is accurate, and your signature. Site owners can respond with a counter-notice to abuse@genlp.ai.

Appeals against a suspension or removal: use the appeal link in the notice we sent, or write to abuse@genlp.ai.
