This Refund Policy explains when GenLP LLC will issue refunds for GenLP.ai subscriptions and how the process works with Stripe.
Refund window
New subscription purchases are eligible for a refund within 14 calendar days from the initial subscription purchase.
Eligible refunds
- Requests made within the initial 14-day refund window.
- Duplicate or incorrect charges.
- Confirmed fraud or unauthorized purchases.
- Material product defects that prevent normal use and cannot be resolved in a reasonable period.
Non-refundable cases
- Partially used renewal periods after the initial refund window.
- Charges incurred because cancellation was not completed before renewal.
- Feature dissatisfaction after extensive use outside the stated refund window.
How to request a refund
Email contact@genlp.ai with the account email and purchase details, or start from app.genlp.ai/billing.
- Review time: 2 to 3 business days for review.
- Settlement time after approval: 5 to 10 business days after approval.
- Statement descriptor note: Refund and charge records may reference GenLP, GenLP.ai, or Stripe depending on your card statement formatting.
Chargebacks
Contact support before filing a chargeback whenever possible. Direct refund handling is usually faster than a bank dispute and helps us investigate billing issues accurately.
