GenLP.ai Terms and Conditions

These Terms govern your use of GenLP.ai, operated by GenLP LLC. By accessing or using the service, you agree to these Terms on your own behalf or on behalf of the organization you are authorized to represent.

Contracting Entity

Your contract is with GenLP LLC, located at 1021 E Lincolnway Suite #9630, Cheyenne, Wyoming 82001, United States. Questions about these Terms can be sent to contact@genlp.ai.

Eligibility and accounts

  • You must be legally able to form a binding contract.
  • You may only use the service for yourself or for a person or organization you are authorized to represent.
  • You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping account credentials confidential.

Customer content and generated output

You retain responsibility for the prompts, uploads, URLs, and other content you submit to the service, and for the content you publish using generated output. You must review generated output before publication and confirm that it is accurate, lawful, and appropriate for your use case.

You must not submit unlawful content, malware, credentials you do not have permission to use, or sensitive personal data unless we explicitly agree to support it in writing.

Acceptable use

  • Do not infringe privacy, intellectual property, or publicity rights.
  • Do not impersonate another person or misrepresent your authority.
  • Do not attempt to bypass product limits or security controls.
  • Do not use the service to create illegal, deceptive, abusive, or harmful content.
  • Do not submit data about children or special-category data unless a separate written agreement expressly allows it.

Billing, subscriptions, and refunds

GenLP LLC is the merchant of record for subscriptions. Payments are processed by Stripe. We receive transaction metadata needed to manage subscriptions, prevent fraud, and issue refunds.

  • Initial subscription purchases may be refunded within 14 calendar days from the initial subscription purchase.
  • You can manage billing through app.genlp.ai/billing or by emailing contact@genlp.ai.
  • You can cancel future renewals from the billing area in app.genlp.ai or by contacting support before the next renewal date.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create material risk to the service or other users, or if continued service would violate law or payment-network requirements.

Disclaimers and limits

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from the use of the service.

Our aggregate liability for claims arising out of the service is limited to the amount you paid us for the service during the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Governing law and changes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Wyoming, excluding its conflict-of-laws principles, unless mandatory local consumer law requires otherwise. We may update these Terms from time to time by posting the revised version on this page.
