What is your typical project timeline?
Most small projects like business cards or flyers take 3-5 business days. Full branding or logo design typically takes 2-3 weeks from kickoff to final delivery.

Do you handle the actual printing?
I handle the design and pre-press preparation. I can recommend local printers and coordinate with them to ensure your files are printed perfectly.
Process
How many revisions are included?
Most packages include two to three rounds of revisions. My goal is to ensure you are 100% happy with the final result before we go to print.
Pricing
Do you require a deposit?
Yes, I typically require a 50% deposit to secure your spot on my calendar, with the remaining balance due upon final approval of the designs.
Services
Can I edit the files myself later?
For social media templates, I provide editable Canva links. For logos and print, I provide final high-res files. Source files are available for an additional fee.
Process
What if I need an urgent turnaround?
I do my best to accommodate rush jobs for local businesses. Please mention your deadline in your initial message so I can check my current availability.
